Leadership Advisory Group

The Leadership Advisory Group’s members (LAG) provides mission-based leadership and strategic planning for the work of the Coll Street Players. The LAG advises on policy and direction, while assisting with the leadership, growth, and promotion of the Coll Street Players to support its mission. While the day-to-day operations are led by the Producing Artistic Director, the LAG provides a partnership with critical involvement and participation to advance the goals of the organization.

Brook Feldman – Development Chair

Brook has been involved in theatre since the age of three. He is very excited to be a part of The Coll Street Players and to help the organization grow and thrive within the New Braunfels community. Brook was most recently seen on the Coll Street Players stage in The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and It’s a Wonderful Life.

Amanda Brant

Amanda Brant brings extensive experience in public policy, strategic planning, and community engagement to the Coll Street Players. She is the Legislative and Policy Coordinator at the Texas Department of State Health Services, where she focuses on statewide health initiatives and legislative strategy. As a teen and young adult, Amanda danced with ballet companies across the country, giving her a deep understanding of and lifelong appreciation for high-quality arts programs. She also volunteers as a guest lecturer and practicum instructor, sharing her expertise with emerging professionals. In her strategic planning role with CSP, Amanda is dedicated to supporting sustainable growth, strengthening community-based arts opportunities, and advancing the organization’s mission to inspire, connect, and elevate the performing arts in New Braunfels.

Robyn Blanchard

Robyn Blanchard proudly serves Coll Street Players in everything finance! While Accounting is her second career, she is no stranger to the fine arts. After reviewing her Bachelor’s in Music Education in December of 2015, Robyn spent the following 8 years teaching in public schools. At the culmination of the 2025 Summer Term, she graduated Summa Cum Laude, earning her Master’s of Science in Accounting.

Robyn has been blessed to be a part of CSP since the very beginning, and can’t wait to see what lies ahead for this amazing organization and the very talented individuals she gets to work alongside!

Kaia

Kaia has had the theater bug since 4th grade when she played an Eskimo Doll. Very active in high school theater, she achieved notoriety as “Best Actress” in her senior year at a very small town high school in the Pacific Northwest. However, knowing she could act but was not as gifted a dancer or singer, she opted for a regular paycheck and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University in 1979 (her parents’ alma mater) and retired from nursing in 2012.

As a member and former council-member of First Protestant Church, she was well aware of the classic stage in Seele Hall. She saw that it needed to feel the warmth of the spotlight again. She shared her vision of a Christian based community theater similar to that of The A.D. Players in Houston with Rev. Dr. Andrew Keuer when he came to First Protestant as its new pastor. It was he who asked Kirsten Boyd, our Director of Music if she knew of anyone who could/would be able to help bring the Seele Parish House stage back to life. Fortunately for all of us, Kirsten is truly a Godsend with a wealth of previous firsthand experience running a community theater back in Virginia and the D.C. area.

Kaia and her husband, Gordon were cast in CSP’s inaugural play, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe as Mrs and Mr. Beaver.

She is grateful to all who have helped and contributed their time and talents to bringing uplifting community theater back to this historic building and its stage. May God be magnifi ed through our efforts and all Glory to Him through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Amanda Nolin

Amanda Nolin is passionate about theater and the sense of community it creates. She is actively involved behind the scenes and currently serves as Secretary and Volunteer Coordinator, where she values organization, collaboration, and supporting both people and productions. When not at the theater, she is an elementary school computer teacher, where she fosters creativity, confidence, and problem-solving in young learners. Amanda believes theater is a powerful space for creativity, confidence, and connection, and is proud to contribute her time and heart to helping it thrive.

Justin Jordan

Justin Jordan has always had a love for the stage, beginning early in life through community theater. A veteran of over 40 productions, he has been fortunate to play some of the most iconic roles in theater—King Arthur, the Major General, Prince Dauntless, Nicely-Nicely Johnson, Friedrich Von Trapp, and many more.

In addition to acting, Justin has toured in off-Broadway productions and has had the privilege of helping several new screenwriters bring their original works to the stage. While he has a deep appreciation for technical theater, directing and producing are also items which he loves to share on the Seele Stage with the Coll Street Players.

Justin would like to thank his wife, Lorena, and his daughter, Mikayla, for all of their extra hard work and support.

Lisa Burtch

Lisa Burtch is new to the world of theater but is so excited to a part of the magic that is Coll Street Players. Feeling most comfortable behind the scenes, she has served in the costume room as well as helping to wrangle kiddos back stage. She feels so lucky to get to witness the organization grow and flourish.
